HON Ifeanyi JP who served the recipient as the Chief Press Secretary between 2017-2021 and equally served as The Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman of Ajeromi Ifelodun local council HON FATAI AYOOLA EBIE went memory lane in recounting his glorious journey which heralded his cutting his teeth under the watchful eyes of his extraordinary Boss.
In his glowing tributes, Pastor Ifeanyi JP recounted how Distinguished HON FATAI SHUAIB AJIDAGBA [AJIFAT] received him with both hands during his first day of meeting with him in 2014..
Narrating further, Pastor Ifeanyi JP in an emotion laden voice itemized his gains while serving HON AJIDAGBA to include annual cash supports for his Success In Leadership conference Award programs ranging from hundred of thousands naira to a million naira , a gift of a Tokumbo Station Wagon Car with full air-conditioning, properties and many more .

Presenting his plaque , Chief Orobosa , a Marchant in the Stevedoring industry who is an awardee himself described Distinguished Hon FATAI SHUAIB AJIDAGBA [AJIFAT] as a great leader who had left behind an indelible marks in history of local government administration in Nigeria pointing to the magnificent ASIWAJU AHMED BOLA TINUBU MODERN HEALTH CARE CENTER FINANCED BY HON FATAI SHUAIB AJIDAGBA’S Administration Situated at Alaba as the first of it’s kind in the history of local government administration in Nigeria.
Chief Orobosa described Ajifat as a role model among his peers and called on those yearning to be successful to emulate him.
In his remarks shortly after the presentations, HON FATAI SHUAIB AJIDAGBA [AJIFAT] described the event convener Pastor Ifeanyi JP as a very loyal, visionary, focused and determined person who gives his all when given a tasks. He went further :

Pastor Ifeanyi JP who was at his best disching out lectures highlighted the virtues of a servant leader.
Itemizing in his discussions, Ifeanyi JP opined that many leaders failed because they either deliberately or otherwise refused to aligned with the lead.
He added that in leadership, the head must assumed the servant leadership position to paveway for him to win the heart of his followership. Failure to adopt this rule he [Ifeanyi JP] said shall rendered the service unfashionable and to no effects.
