UK Based Sensational Gospel Star, Akin Manchy Drops New Single, “Emi Mopewa'” On His Birthday

His real name is Ebenezer Akin Moses, massively called Akin Manchy on the beats scene. There’s no doubt that Akin Manchy in his stage name has really turned out be an intimidating force, seriously rattling contemporaries in the business. This is understandable to given his deep rooted gospel lyrics. Akin Manchy’s talent which he uncovered right from Youth has since fetched him six sizzling albums. The first one was titled “Divine Time”, “Foundation”, “My Joy”, a two in one release ,”Asorodayo”, “Maronumo”, and “Heal my wounds”. His prophetic gift, he simply ascribed to the grace of God in his life. Aside from this, he is also gifted in script writing, presentation and acting which makes him a Nollywood potential candidate. His kind of gospel music according to him is deep in spirit.

Hence it comforts people and also renews their hope in God. Manchy confessed that he gets his songs from the dreams. As a result, he dies not need to rehearse them. That’s why he just wakes up and start singing them with ease. Wonderful!

The well travelled artiste, whose music has taken to places outside Nigeria, before finally settling in United States, maintained that fans undying love for his songs springs from the fact that they are from above. His latest album, titled “Emi Mopewa, My Thanksgiving”, he said was inspired by God who helped him to overcome challenges he will drop it tomorrow 3rd September on his birthday.

On the state of the nation, Akin Manchy as he’s fondly called by his numerous fans and friends does not appear to be happy with the state of things in Nigeria, That is why he is appealing to those in power to think right and do the right thing for the good source for the down- trodden masses. His message to fans at home and in diaspora is to continue to believe in themselves and to never give up because better days are coming. Finally, he embraced star musicians like Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, KSA, late Orlando Owoh, Baba Ara and Yinka Ayefele as his mentors and sustained sources of inspiration.
