For over two years, Hon. Dr. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, CEO of Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, has been the target of a relentless campaign of intimidation, blackmail, and attempted assassination, purportedly orchestrated by Aare Bashiru Fakorede and his associate, Shakeerah Ayobami Kareem, CEO of Whiterose Interior.
New evidence has surfaced, exposing a sinister plot aimed at destroying Dr. Saheed’s business empire and tarnishing his reputation. The conspiracy began allegedly with Aare Bashiru Fakorede collaborating with Murphy Adebare a.k.a Topaz, who the police investigation reportedly described as a notorious land grabber, as reaffirmed by the Attorney General of Lagos State legal advice. The two are accused of allegedly hiring Shamsudeen Oluwo, also known as Ese Olobo, in a failed alleged attempt to assassinate Dr. Saheed.
The alleged attempted murder was thwarted when Oluwo was apprehended within Dr. Saheed’s estate by Epe vigilantes’ youths from the Eyin Osa Resettlement area. However, the attacks didn’t stop there. Dr. Saheed was subsequently targeted for blackmail in a viral video aimed at discrediting him for defending his own life and property. Police investigations revealed a more extensive network behind these attacks, allegedly paid for by Murphy Adebare, who was then allegedly sponsored by Aare Bashiru Fakorede and Ayobami Kareem a.ka Dr. Shakirah.
Reports indicate that Shakeerah Ayobami, also known as Whiterose, allegedly played a pivotal role in financing the failed assassination and blackmailing. Dr. Shakirah, who allegedly has a history of fraudulent romantic activities, allegedly funneled two million Naira to associates and legal teams under the direction of Aare Bashiru Fakorede to ensure Dr. Saheed’s downfall with a series of petitions believed to be frivolous.
Shakeerah’s alleged involvement in dubious activities is well-documented. She has been allegedly linked to several high-profile frauds, including the acquisition of properties from the late Buruji Kashamu and other prominent figures through alleged deceitful means. Her supposed fraudulent endeavors didn’t stop there; she also reportedly played a fraudulently role in the collapse of the 21-storey building on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, which led to the tragic death of Femi Osibona, Managing Director of Fourscore Heights Limited.
Dr. Saheed became suspicious of Shakeerah’s intentions when it was discovered that she had been acting as a mole, allegedly coordinating the failed assassination and defamation attempts. Shakeerah had allegedly positioned herself close to Dr. Saheed, pretending to be a client and later advancing in a romantic relationship, while gathering information to aid in his destruction. Her ultimate goal, it appears, was to allegedly seize control of his extensive land holdings.
Shakeerah’s alleged fraudulent schemes extended beyond her attempts to use Dr. Saheed land in defrauding people. Aside that, she is accused of duping Nigerians abroad by falsely claiming ownership of prime real estate which she then introduced as Lekki Cape Town, which Saheed later collected back from her due to her failure to honore payment schedule and also another land on Ostia Island actually owned by the late Bayo Osinowo but now under the Management of Dr Tunde Osinowo, also known as Peperito’s son. Shakeerah allegedly exploited the ongoing dredging and development of the area to deceive investors into believing she owns the whole land, resulting in significant financial losses for her victims.
Despite the ongoing attacks, Dr. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa remains undeterred. His company, Harmony Gardens and Estates Development LTD, continues to thrive despite the malicious efforts to undermine its operations. Dr. Saheed’s resilience in the face of adversity serves as a testament to his strength and determination to protect his business and reputation.
