Popular Atlanta-based Nigerian Singer, Rokan Adekola aka King Rokan Oluaye, has dropped a new single album titled “Yankee Advice.’’
Speaking with Pt from his base in Atlanta, Georgia in the USA, Rokan said that the single is part of his new album titled ‘New Glory’ his 12th effort.
He said that the new single is based on true life experience of what men go through in the hands of women in the United States of America.
In the single, Oluaye of Atlanta Georgia revealed what happened to men who travelled to the States with their spouse in search of greener pastures and how they get frustrated, run into depression amidst other relationship issues.
He termed his new work a ‘Tonic Against Depression’ because it kills all form of worries arising from matrimonial problems and ‘it warned those who are planning to relocate with their spouse to the States that, that decision may either make or mar the person.‘
Continuing, he said that “Yankee Advice” is the most challenging musical work he has produced in his over 24 years experience as a recording artiste ‘because after releasing a teaser from the single online, what I went through is a story for another day.’
Despite all odds, King Rokan will release the single this week on all social media handles like Audio Mark, Boomsplay, iTunes and others.
He said the full album will be released in December 2024.
