Al-Yusuff International Travel and Tours Limited Holds Seminar for 2026 Hajj Pilgrims

Intending Muslim pilgrims preparing for the 2026 Hajj pilgrimage were on Sunday gathered at the premises of the Surulere Local Government as Al-Yusuff International Travel and Tours Limited organised a comprehensive seminar aimed at educating and guiding prospective pilgrims ahead of the spiritual journey to the holy land.

 

The seminar, organised by one of the leading firms in Hajj and Umrah services in Nigeria, attracted a large number of intending pilgrims, Islamic scholars, family members and well-wishers who converged on the venue to receive spiritual, moral and practical guidance concerning the sacred pilgrimage.

 

Speaking during the programme, the Chief Executive Officer of the company,

Dr. Majeed Oladele Yusuff, described Hajj as a sacred religious obligation that requires discipline, patience, sincerity and total submission to the will of Allah.

 

Dr. Yusuff, while addressing the participants, gave detailed explanations on the rites of Hajj, the expectations from pilgrims and the importance of maintaining good conduct throughout the pilgrimage period. He also enlightened the attendees on the “dos and don’ts” of Hajj, urging them to remain law-abiding, prayerful and focused while in the holy land.

 

According to him, proper orientation and adequate preparation remain essential for every pilgrim to achieve a successful and spiritually rewarding Hajj exercise.

 

“This seminar is organised to properly prepare our pilgrims spiritually, morally and mentally for the sacred journey. Hajj is not an ordinary trip; it is a divine assignment that requires discipline, patience and total devotion,” he said.

 

The event also featured special prayers and Islamic exhortations from renowned clerics. Popular Islamic scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Olanrewaju Anifulani, offered fervent prayers for the intending pilgrims, seeking Allah’s guidance, protection and safe return for all participants expected to embark on the pilgrimage next year.

 

Similarly, Al-Khalifah Abdulganiy Sulaimon Baba ni Itire delivered a sermon centred on righteousness, humility and the spiritual significance of Hajj, reminding pilgrims to uphold the teachings of Islam before, during and after the pilgrimage.

 

The colourful event later ended on an entertaining note with a captivating Islamic musical performance by Alhaja Misturah Aderounmu Asafa Teminisuccess, whose melodious and spiritually uplifting songs thrilled guests and added glamour to the occasion.

 

Many of the intending pilgrims who attended the seminar expressed appreciation to the organisers, describing the programme as enlightening, impactful and spiritually enriching. They noted that the seminar had broadened their understanding of the Hajj rites and boosted their readiness for the 2026 pilgrimage exercise.
