As the the 2024 LG elections draw near, groups in Ifo Local Government area of Ogun state have drummed support for the candidature of Kushimo for the All Progressive Congress’s Ifo Local Government ticket.
The groups which include Market Men and Women Association, Artisans ,Youths, Ifo Igbo and Hausa communities, among others, described kushimo as the best bet for the ticket judging by his outstanding political antecedents, positive contributions to the well being of many people in Ifo communities ,initiation and implementation of projects, as well as his popularity in the Party.
They, therefore vouched
for Kushimo as the credible candidate for the Chairmanship ticket.
In their separate endorsement remarks, leaders of the Igbo community, Hausa,Igede union , Youths, Community development Associations,CDAs said that Kush has been a grassroots politician and a philanthropist of note whose kind gestures have put smiles on the faces of many in the Local Government.
They added that Kushimo possess the leadership qualities, political acumen, as well as grassroots supports that would ensure that APC eventually emerge as the winning Party at the LG Polls.
While imploring the All Progressive Congress Party Leaders at the LG to continue to drum support for Kushimo, the groups leaders also enjoined Gov. Dapo Abiodun to see in Kushimo the right candidate for the the APC Ifo LG Chairmanship ticket .
