The I’m Somebody Foundation, a non-governmental organization founded by the Bobadara of Ipokia Kingdom, Chief Yinka Adeola Al-hassan famously known as Rythmz, alongside his beautiful wife the Yeye Bobadara, Dr. Chief Ogonna Al-Hassan, has successfully held its first general meeting of the year, marking the beginning of another impactful chapter in the Foundation’s journey of service and humanitarian outreach.
The meeting, which took place on April 19, was presided over by the President of the Foundation, Mrs Kafilat Hassan and had in attendance several executives and members of the organization. It served as an avenue for members to review the Foundation’s progress, appreciate past efforts, and strategize on activities lined up for the year.
In his address, the President expressed heartfelt appreciation to all members for their dedication, sacrifices, and steadfast commitment toward the advancement of the organization. She applauded the members for their support in helping the Foundation grow into a strong and respected non-governmental organization.
She also showered praises on the Founder and Co-founders, Chief Yinka Rythmz and Dr. Chief Ogonna Al-Hassan, for their vision, passion, and determination in establishing the Foundation and nurturing it into a formidable platform for community service and humanitarian impact.
The meeting featured extensive discussions on various activities and programmes the Foundation intends to execute in the course of the year. Members shared ideas and made valuable contributions on initiatives designed to further strengthen the Foundation’s mission and expand its reach to benefit more people in society.
In a heartwarming moment that added colour to the gathering, the Foundation organized a surprise birthday celebration for members who had celebrated their birthdays earlier in the year.
However, a vibrant member of the NGO, Mrs Ayisat Anjorin Adeola also went home with whooping amount of Five hundred Thousand Naira as a business support from the founder and co- founder
The celebrants were honoured with cash gifts as a token of appreciation, while a beautifully decorated birthday cake was cut amidst cheers, laughter, and warm goodwill from fellow members.
The memorable celebration created an atmosphere of joy and unity, highlighting the spirit of love and togetherness that defines the I’m Somebody Foundation.
The successful meeting not only reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to its humanitarian goals but also strengthened the bond among its members as they prepare for a year filled with meaningful projects and impactful service.
