Yesterday, was a joyous day for the widows living around Ota and its environ, as Olu Foundation block in conjunction with Olu Golden Gadget And Security Nigeria Limited shared food stuff for more than five hundred widows.
The food sharing process was attended by the foundation members, led by the executive director, Hon. Ibraheem Olawale Fayomi popularly known as Olumako.
The event also witnessed the Islamic lecture delivered by the Chief Imam of Agelete and Ikoyi towns, Sheik Jamiu Asanbe. The very knowledgeable Islamic cleric spoke about the importance and benefits of given to the less privileges in the society.
In his words, Olumako, told Ojutole Online media that the foundation was established many years ago to provide succour for the needy families in the society, especially the widows.
He said ‘ Not that I have surplus, but I know the benefits and importance of given, this is not a politically motivated gesture, but a service to the humanity.
Through the foundation, we have touched many lives. The scheme is a monthly exercise.’ Olumako noted
