As the world celebrates the arrival of the new year, Hon.Rotimi Ogundele has called for love in the country. In his new year message, He said
‘Fellow constituents, I urge you to remain hopeful for a better nation, especially as we prepare the general elections , this year 2023. The fraternal love and giving to the poor are the hallmarks of New Year celebration. I enjoin us all to lend helping hands to one another.
2022 has definitely been a roller coaster ride for our political journey. However, despite the many challenges we encountered, we always rose to the occasion and emerged victorious. In fact, with your support, we were able to achieve a lot for the IRORUN DE 2023 Project and our great party, the ADC, this year.
While we hope and believe that the appellate court upturn the verdict of the lower court in our favor in the coming weeks, we should not rest on our laurels. Instead, make use of our dedication and perseverance to achieve more.
Let us leave all the negative things of 2022 and learn from them as we face another set of challenges in the year 2023. Celebrate new year safely and full of fun and excitement.
May the year 2023 bring prosperity and abundance to everyone especially to all the good people of Yewa South Constituency who we intend to represent and serve. Happy New Year!’
