Honourable Ola Olusola Motunrayo, popularly known as Arike Ayekooto, has officially flagged off her campaign in Alimosho, Lagos, calling on residents to carefully consider their choices as they prepare to exercise their civic responsibilities.
Addressing supporters and residents during the campaign, Motunrayo, the flag bearer of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for Alimosho Federal Constituency, urges the people to look beyond political sentiments and make informed decisions based on the qualities, records and programmes of candidates.
She appealed to residents to participate actively in the electoral process and support leadership that would prioritise the interests and welfare of the people.
According to her, the campaign is aimed at engaging directly with residents, listening to their concerns and presenting her vision for a better future.
Motunrayo also called for peace, tolerance and responsible political participation throughout the campaign period, stressing that political differences should not divide the people.
She assured residents of her commitment to representing their interests and working with relevant stakeholders to promote development in Alimosho.
