Yesterday, 31st, July, 2022 was red letter day in the life of famous and multiple award winning female Islamic singer, Alhaja Misturah Amoke Aderounmu Ashafa popularly known as Termini Success
Though, 2nd August, is her birthday but her sister, family members and some well-wishers took her unaware as they organised a well planned birthday bash for her.
The event was well planned and conceived for her until she got to the venue. We gathered that the organisers of the event paid money into her account as the payment for the event she was engaged to anchor as master of ceremonies not knowing that the venue is for her birthday ceremony.
The talented was very flabbergasted and busted in tear as she was ushered in to the venue. She was very surprised to meet some eminent personalities, friends and family members at the venue and she was asking ‘ What are we doing here, who is celebrating’.
The event was commenced with reading from the holy Quran, followed by special prayer for the celebrant and cutting of the gigantic cake.
