The New Seraph Unveils NODE 8.0, Seeks Divine Breakthrough for Nigeria

The Founder and Iya Aladura General of The New Seraph Evangelical Ministries Worldwide, Her Grace Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye, JP, has called on Nigerians to embrace prayer, righteousness, unity, and responsible civic participation as the ministry prepares for the 8th edition of its annual Night of Divine Experience (NODE 8.0).

Speaking at a press conference ahead of the event, Dr. Yomi-Sholoye said this year’s programme, themed “Supernatural Breakthrough,” is expected to bring divine intervention, healing, restoration, and spiritual transformation to individuals, families, and the nation.

The three-day programme is scheduled to hold from Wednesday, August 12 to Friday, August 14, 2026, at The New Seraph Prayer City, Km 60, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, by Sapade Overhead Bridge, Ode Remo, Ogun State.

According to her, the ministry is expecting over 500,000 worshippers from across Nigeria and beyond for what she described as a prophetic gathering designed to seek God’s intervention for the country and the world.

She recalled the success of the 2025 edition, saying thousands of worshippers experienced salvation, healing, deliverance, and life-changing testimonies through God’s power.

“Our mission remains soul-winning and the expansion of God’s Kingdom. We believe that God, the Breaker, will go before His people to remove every barrier and grant supernatural breakthroughs,” she said.

Dr. Yomi-Sholoye disclosed that months of preparations, including nationwide revival meetings, prayer rallies, and evangelistic outreaches, have been undertaken to prepare hearts for the programme.

She announced that several notable ministers would minister during the event, including Bishop STV Adegbite JP, Prophet Israel Oladele Genesis, Prophet Hezikiah Oladeji, Pastor E.D. Alalade, Prophet Dr. Muyiwa Akogun, Prophet Emmanuel Ayodele, Prophet Dr. Sam Adebayo Authority, Prophet Toyin Dabiri, Evangelist Tope Agogo, Evangelist Ade Tolabi, Prince Tunde Onijoba, Evangelist Segun Omo Alafin Oyewole, Zion Lady, and many other anointed ministers.

The cleric also revealed that the ministry had concluded arrangements to provide more than 350 BRT buses across Lagos State and thousands of interstate buses to transport worshippers to and from the Prayer City free of charge.

She assured prospective participants that comprehensive security measures had been put in place in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force and other relevant security agencies to ensure a peaceful and hitch-free programme.

For worshippers in the diaspora, she said the programme would be streamed live on The New Seraph’s Facebook, YouTube, Radio, and other official media platforms.

Speaking on the state of the nation, Dr. Yomi-Sholoye said Nigeria is in need of a supernatural breakthrough, urging citizens to remain prayerful, law-abiding, and committed to building a better nation.

While acknowledging ongoing efforts by the Federal Government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to strengthen national security, she encouraged Nigerians to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), reject vote-buying, and elect leaders based on competence, integrity, and capacity.

She further appealed to political aspirants to focus on issue-based campaigns, accountability, and service to humanity.

“The season of empty promises is over. Let your works speak louder than your words. Nigeria needs leaders who will serve the people with integrity and vision,” she stated.

Describing NODE 8.0 as more than a religious programme, Dr. Yomi-Sholoye said it is a prophetic convergence for national rebirth, revival, and divine direction.

She invited Nigerians and members of the international community to attend the programme with faith and expectation, expressing confidence that God would release supernatural breakthroughs, peace, healing, and restoration for Nigeria and the nations of the world.
