The Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Lagos Directorate – Muslim Affairs_ today paid a strategic courtesy visit to _Daru Ddawah Wal-Irshad_.
The delegation was led by _Alh. Waheed Tella_, Director, RHA Lagos Muslim Affairs, under the patronage of _Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde_, Director General and Chief of Staff to the Lagos State Governor.
Other members of the delegation present were:

The team was warmly received by the leadership of the Institute led by _Sheikh Ridwan Zuglool Sanusi_, alongside other scholars, teachers and students.
*PURPOSE & ENGAGEMENT*
The Director briefed the gathering on the mandate of the _Renewed Hope Ambassadors_ and the _Renewed Hope Agenda_ of _President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR_ and _Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat_.
He emphasized that with Muslims constituting about 15 Million of Lagos’ 25 Million population, it is imperative to maximize our voting strength. He charged the institution to ensure all students 18 years and above obtain their PVCs and come out to vote.
In his response, _Sheikh Ridwan Zuglool Sanusi_ commended the Directorate for the visit and the sensitization drive. He stressed the importance of orientation and sensitization of Islamic clerics across Lagos to ensure proper alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The Director and other delegates, corroborated Sheikh Sanusi’s position and further emphasized the need for continuous engagement and orientation of scholars and Imams.
_Sheikh Sanusi_ offered special prayers for the success, good health, and second term of _President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR_ and for _Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat_ as the incoming Governor of Lagos State. He pledged the Institute’s total commitment to mobilize support for the administration ahead of 2027.
The Directorate in turn prayed for the continued growth, progress and impact of _Daru Ddawah Wal-Irshad_ and appreciated the leadership for their support and hospitality.
